Council Performance Report for 2025/26, covering performance, risks

DECISION:

 

RESOLVED:
 

1. 
That the Council Performance Report for 2025/26,
Quarter 1 (including Appendix 1 to the report showing Key
Performance Indicators, Projects and Risks), be acknowledged and
considered.

2. 
That the budget virements, detailed in Table 3 of
Appendix 2, Annex 1 to the report, be approved.

3. 
That the budget uplifts, detailed in Table 4 of
Appendix 2, Annex 1 to the report, be approved.

4. 
That the movements in reserves, as detailed in Table
1 of Appendix 2, Annex 1 to the report, which have been approved by
the Section 151 Officer in line with the Financial Regulatory
Framework, be noted.

5. 
That the Treasury Management update report in
Appendix 3 to the report, be noted.
