provide a written response to Councillor Clemens, shared with all
Members, on his query about protection for Council properties in
perpetuity from right to buy in respect of the emerging new
rules.

Councillor Paynter to liaise
with the officer team to ensure that, in accordance with ‘No
Surprises’, Local Members are engaged at an early stage where
there are plans to sell/change to a different use/relet and to
provide a written response to Councillor Jenkin.

Housing Target
 
Councillor La Broy to commence
dialogue with the Minister in respect of the achievability of the
current housing target and whether it could be changed.
Accessibility Issues
 
The Chief Executive and
Monitoring Officer to meet with Councillor Hanlon to discuss the
accessibility issues raised during the meeting.
