The Health and Adult Social Care Overview and Scrutiny Committee of Cornwall Council approved recommendations on 05 November 2025. The committee resolved to work with Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust to transform care and requested clear communication regarding future intentions for Falmouth Hospital and other community hospitals. They also expressed concern about the tone of some press releases that could cause confusion.
