Purpose

report seeks authority to declare Meudon farmhouse surplus to
requirements and dispose on the open market.

Content

Decision:
 
1. 
That the
asset listed in this report be declared surplus to the requirements
of the Council and disposed of on the open market.
 
2. 
That
authority be delegated to the Head of Property & Assets, in
consultation with the Interim Service Director for Economy,
Regeneration and Assets, to confirm the disposal method, sale price
and the terms and conditions of the disposal of the Property in
accordance with the Code of Practice for Land and Property
Transactions, including consultation with the Monitoring Officer,
or their nominee.
