Purpose

The report recommends
to Cabinet the draft Council Priorities and Financial Strategy be
approved as the basis for a period of public consultation running
from 14 November 2025 to 18 January 2026.  Prior consideration and scrutiny of the draft
Council Priorities and Financial Strategy to be undertaken by
Budget Development Overview and Scrutiny Committee on 22 October
2025.
