RESOLVED
that
 
1. 
The Committee acknowledged the progress achieved to
date in implementing the Newquay Airport Development Strategy as
approved by Cabinet in July 2025 as set out in the report and
provided recommendations and overview and scrutiny of the
CAN  Development Options Appraisal and
the production of the Land Development Plan for the full Airport
Estate, including the Aero Hub Business Park as set out in the
minutes above.
2. 
The Draft Land Development Plan and draft Business
Case be presented to a future meeting of the Committee in the
Spring/Summer 2026.
