It was moved by Councillor
Rich, seconded by Councillor Channon, and
 
RESOLVED
that the decision be deferred so that the Cornwall
Fire and Rescue Service consider getting a pre app (upward
extension of the existing footprint of the building and the rear
extension and storage compound). If not successful, in consultation
with the Service Director - Environment and Connectivity and
Maritime Manager, the Board gives delegated powers to the Chairman
to make a decision on the lease agreement.
