RESOLVED 
that it be RECOMMENDED to the Cabinet Member for Resources
that:
 
1. 
Members be provided with appropriate
training/guidance on mobile phone usage, including the use of the
Microsoft Teams Voice-Activated Directory, to support and safeguard
them in engaging with their constituents in their role as elected
Councillors;
2. 
The means by which Members may seek a second phone
or Sim card where they have accessibility; mental health or
safeguarding needs are better publicised.
