It was moved by Councillor Ball, seconded by Councillor Parsons and

RESOLVED that Cabinet is requested to:-


  1. Set up an informal Cabinet Advisory Group to consider the matter of mental, emotional health and wellbeing in primary and secondary schools and colleges in Cornwall.
  2. Following completion of its work write to the Secretary of State for the Department for Education with its findings and asking for their support in tackling any issues that are found.
