The Health and Adult Social Care Overview and Scrutiny Committee of Cornwall Council approved recommendations on 11 March 2026. They resolved to continue oversight of the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board's clustering arrangements and welcomed transparency on merger and cluster aspects. The committee also recognised progress by the Health Determinants Research Collaborative and endorsed embedding personalisation and co-production across council services.
