The Cabinet decided to approve the strategic framework for budget setting and the approach to delivering transformation. This will form the basis for developing the draft budget to be considered on 4 November 2026. The Cabinet also formally accepted the government's intention to designate Cornwall Council as a unique single Foundation Strategic Authority.
