Purpose

Report setting out the proposal to renew the restrictions for Public Spaces Protection Order – Dogs Prohibited, Dogs on Leads, Dogs on Leads by direction and Dog Fouling.  There have been a number of requested changes by key stakeholders to approve.

1. That the renewal of the Public Spaces Protection Orders for Dog Fouling; Dogs on leads by Direction; Dog Exclusions and Dogs on Leads, to commence on the 15 October 2026, be approved and that the following amendments to be made to the schedules:
