The Portfolio Holder for Tourism, Localism and Planning approved the licensing of Cornwall Council's Visit Cornwall intangible assets to Cornwall Visitor Alliance Ltd on 02/09/2026. Authority was delegated to the Strategic Director for Sustainable Growth and Place to finalise terms and enter into the licence agreement.
