The Individual Decision Day, Portfolio Holder for Transport decided on 02/09/2026 to approve the Cornwall Council Highways Maintenance Transparency Report 2026/27 for submission to the Department for Transport. The Head of Infrastructure & Resilience, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Transport and the Section 151 Officer, was authorised to make any minor amendments required prior to submission.
