The Constitution and Governance Committee of Cornwall Council approved recommendations on 01/09/2026. It was recommended to Council that the Audit Committee's Terms of Reference be approved and the Responsibility for Functions document be updated. This includes overseeing Internal Audit's conformance with Global Internal Audit Standards and formalising oversight of the External Quality Assessment process.
