RESOLVED that the Council’s total Capital Programme be uplifted by a net movement of £46.227m as summarised below and in Appendix 1 to the report.
ACTION:- Councillor Paynter to provide Councillor German with a written response to his query about the EDRF funding returning and the position on the Spaceport in respect of the legal agreement behind the funding.
