DECISION:

RESOLVED

1. That for Review Point 1 (£27m Cornwall Catalyst Fund & Asset and Growth Partnerships Fund), the Cornwall Growth Board approved the recommendations set out in the exempt report and Appendix 1 and delegated authority to the Service Director for Economy, Regeneration and Assets to negotiate relevant contract conditions and enter into a funding agreement on such terms and conditions as appropriate, including authority to determine the final amount of funding within the maximum agreed by the Board in accordance with Table 4, with the addition of KIGF039 moving from the reserves list to approved, subject to further work from the Strategic Fund Manager.
2. That the Cornwall Growth Board approved Enabling Activity and Commissioning Plan, as set out in Appendix 3, for the delivery and implementation of the £3m Kernow Industrial Growth Fund Revenue budget allocation and delegated authority to the Service Director for Economy, Regeneration and Assets to commission activity and enter into funding or contractual agreements on such terms and conditions as appropriate.
