RESOLVED
that:
 
1. 
The recommendations of the Local Government
Association (LGA) Peer Review team (as set out in Appendix 1) to
the report, be acknowledged.
 
RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND TO CABINET
that:

 
2. 
The action plan (as set out in Appendix 2) arising
from the Peer Challenge be approved and that implementation of the
actions be delegated to the Strategic Director for Care and
Wellbeing in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Adult
Social Care and Health, the Section 151 Officer and Monitoring
Officer, who will report progress to appropriate
committees.
