DECISION:
RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND TO FULL COUNCIL:
1.
That, having considered the contents of the report,
including the responses from the public consultation, set out in
Appendix 1 to the report, an application for a toll revision based
on £3.00 cash and £1.50 TAG, be made to the Secretary
of State in accordance with the applicable
legislation.
2.
That the 2024/25 Revenue Budget and Capital
Programme and the 2024/25 draft Business Plan, as set out in
Appendix 2 to the report, be approved.
3.
That the longer-term forecast to 2027/28 be
noted.
