It was moved
by Councillor Keeling, seconded by Councillor Perry, that no
recommendation be made to Full Council to effect changes to the
current committee sizes or arrangements for the allocation of
seats.

 

It was further moved by Councillor Cole, seconded by
Councillor Conway that there should be an increase to any even
Committee numbers by 1 to make them an odd number (at which point
the proposer and seconder of the original motion agreed that they
would be content for a vote to be taken on Councillor Cole’s
motion).

 
It was RESOLVEDTHAT IT BE
RECOMMENDED TO COUNCIL that that there be an increase to any
even Committee numbers by 1 to make them an odd number from the new
Council commencing in 2025.
