RESOLVED:
 
1. 
That the Council Business and Financial Plans
2024-2028 and Budget 2024/25 proposals be recommended for approval,
noting that final details of the Reserves Strategy are being
presented to Cabinet at the February meeting.
2. 
That the amendments to the An Empowering and
Enterprising Cornwall Outcome Delivery Plan 2022-2026 be
approved.
3. 
That the comments, observations and frustrations of
the Council’s five Overview and Scrutiny Committees be
considered by Cabinet during the budget setting process.
4. 
That the Committee receives a report on the Reserves
Strategy in due course in order to carry out a post-decision
scrutiny review.
