RESOLVED
that:
 
1. That the Council Business and
Financial Plans 2024-2028 and Budget 2024/25 proposals be
recommended for approval, noting that final details of the Reserves
Strategy are being presented to Cabinet at the February
meeting.
 
2. That the
amendments to the Vibrant, Safe, Supportive Communities Outcome
Delivery Plan 2022-2026 be approved.
 
3. The Health and Adult Social
Care Overview and Scrutiny Committee notes the concerns expressed
and requests Cabinet works towards fairer funding for Cornwall to a
sustainable level.
 
ACTION:
Reply to question by Cllr Toms regarding the
sustainability of budgets.  (How can
meet demands going forward and achieve sustainable budgets
inc how budgets will be integrated in
future (noting differences in regional funding/ Costs of providing
services in rural areas/consideration of alternative models of
care/will increasing demand be covered by grant going forward.
