Purpose

Care and Support at Home Full Business Case for the future delivery of Home Care services, after the current contracts end on 31 May 2024.

Decision

It was moved by Councillor Virr, seconded by Councillor Ellenbroek and

RESOLVED:

1. That the Home Care Full Business Case (FBC) be approved.
2. That the Home Care Invitation to Tender be published in line with the FBC.
3. That authority be delegated to the Strategic Director for Care and Wellbeing, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care and Health, the Section 151 Officer and the Monitoring Officer, to award contracts after the tender process is completed.
