It was moved by
Councillor Rich, and seconded by Geoffrey Wilson, that Councillor P
Mitchell be elected Vice Chairman.
 
It was moved by
Councillor Perry, and seconded by Councillor Channon, that
Councillor Cruse be elected Vice Chairman.
 
On a show of hands,
voting was tied, with both Councillor P Mitchell and Councillor
Cruse receiving 4 votes each.
 
The Chairman therefore
used his casting vote, and
 
It was RESOLVED that Councillor P Mitchell be elected Vice
Chairman.
