Councillor Rich, seconded by Councillor Perry, and
 
RESOLVED
that:
 

1. 
The Cornwall Harbours Board approve the draft Annual Report 2022 to
2023 of the previous Harbours Board for publication.

 

2. 
A copy of the report be sent to full Council and forwarded to all
Councillors as the Duty Holder.
 
 
ACTION  Financial information
regarding Malpas Marina to be presented to the Board at the next
meeting.
