It was moved by
Geoffrey Wilson, seconded by Councillor Perry, and
RESOLVED
that:
1.
The surcharge be increased to 7.5p from 5p at
Newquay Harbour.
2.
The surcharge be reduced to 7.5p from 10p at St Ives
Harbour.
3.
The surcharge be increased from 10p to 15p at
Penzance Harbour.
4.
Any person wishing to carry out commercial
refuelling activities related to vessels in the harbours must apply
for a license which will be reviewed on an annual basis. Approval
for such licenses be delegated to the Maritime Manager or
appropriate Harbour Master.
5.
It be recommended to full Council that a charge for
the approval and Issue of a Bunkering License be set at
£125.
