RESOLVED
that authority be delegated to the Service Director
for Economy and Skills in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for
Economy and Deputy Leader to award funding from the
Community Levelling Up Programme Performance Reserve (the performance reserve
being the currently unallocated CLUP grant) to Community Area
Partnerships (CAPs) and award cross-CAPs funding to
projects.
