RESOLVED
that:-
 
1. 
The Programme Performance Report outlined in the
report and appendices be noted.
 
2. 
That unallocated budget from areas of the programme
with no further review points is vired
to areas of the programme with high demand to facilitate the
funding decision recommendations in Part II.
 
3. 
That to ensure full commitment of the CIoS Good Growth programme that any uncommitted
funding remaining following final review points or funding
decommitted or returned by projects is
made available to the suite of previously CIoS Economic Prosperity Board approved reserve
list projects.
 
4. 
That authority to allocate funding to projects on
the reserve list is delegated to the Service Director for Economy
and Skills in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for
Economy.
