Purpose

Report
to provide an update around the direction of the Estate
Transformation Programme.

moved by Councillor Harris, seconded by Councillor Monk and it

RESOLVED:
 

1. 
That progress on the Estate Transformation
Programme, as set out in the report, be continued.

 

2. 
That the proposed release of Dolcoath Offices in Camborne from the operational
estate as a core back office and implementation of an alternative
accommodation plan for the town, as described in the report, be
approved in principle with authority delegated to the Chief
Operating Officer (in consultation with the Deputy Leader and
Portfolio Holder for Resources) to approve and implement the
alternative core back office accommodation plan.

 

3. 
That authority be delegated to the Chief Operating
Officer (in consultation with the Deputy Leader and Portfolio
Holder for Resources) to amend programme projects as necessary,
within the overall approved funding envelope and approved policy
context.
