RESOLVEDTO RECOMMEND TO
THE PORTFOLIO HOLDER FOR NEIGHBOURHOODS that:
1. 
The Public
Space Protection (Alcohol Consumption in Designated Public Places)
Order 2023 is renewed for a further three years; and
2. 
That the
provisions for amendment of the Order are approved and include the
Public Places arising from the consultation as identified in this
report.
