It was moved by Councillor Conway,
second by Councillor C Martin and
 
RESOLVED that
the work programme include a formal meeting with the Neighbourhoods
Overview and Scrutiny Committee to discuss how the Council would
achieve carbon neutrality.
 
It was moved by
Councillor Widdon, seconded by
Councillor J Martin and
 
RESOLVED that
the meeting with the Neighbourhoods Overview and Scrutiny Committee
(outlined above) include a strategic review as to how the Economic
Strategy supported the Council’s dive for climate and
ecological survival.
 
It was then
moved by Councillor Worth, seconded by Councillor Perry
and
 
RESOLVED that
 
(i) 
The Committee Work Programme, as set out at Appendix
1 to the report, be approved for the current municipal year,
subject to the amendments outlined in above.
(ii) 
That amendments to the Committee Work Programme be
determined by the Chairman of the Committee, in consultation with
the Vice-Chairman, the Senior Responsible Officer (Strategic
Director for Sustainable Growth and Development) and the Democratic
Services Lead, with any changes to be given effect by the Senior
Responsible Officer and the Committee to be notified as soon as any
such changes are approved.
