and Disabilities) Inspection led by Ofsted and CQC, that Cabinet
endorses the SEND Transformation Action Plan and ongoing monitoring
arrangements.

Needs and Disabilities) Inspection led by Ofsted and CQC be noted
and the SEND Transformation Action Plan and on-going monitoring
arrangements be endorsed as an appropriate way forward.
