DECISION:
RESOLVED:
1.
That the Council devolves its interest in the
place-based package of assets, as set out in the report and
identified edged red on the plans in Appendix 1, with appropriate
terms applied.
2.
That authority be delegated to the Strategic
Director for Neighbourhoods, in consultation with the Cabinet
Member for Resources, the Cabinet Member for Neighbourhoods and the
Section 151 Officer, to agree the final details of the package
provided that there are no significant adverse financial
implications for the Council.
3.
That Cornwall Council provides the Town Council with
a one-off capital fund totalling up to £0.140m from the
Council’s Devolution Capital Fund with authority delegated to
the Strategic Director in consultation with the Cabinet Member for
Resources, the Cabinet Member for Neighbourhoods and the Section
151 Officer to agree a lower figure, if this is considered
appropriate.
