It was moved by Councillor
Perry and seconded by Councillor Conway that Councillor Worth be
re-elected as Chairman.
 
It was also moved by Councillor
Frost and seconded by Councillor Martin that Councillor Dwelly be
elected Chairman.
 
On a show of hands, 6 votes to
5 it was
 
RESOLVED
that Councillor Worth be re-elected as
Chairman.
 
Councillor Worth, thereupon,
took up his position and thanked the Committee for his
appointment.
