It was moved by Councillor
Towill, seconded by Councillor Soady and RESOLVED
that:
1.
That the Committee endorse considers the progress
made during the financial year 2022/23 of the Carbon Neutral
Cornwall Programme; and
2.
That the Committee comments on the priorities and
organisation for delivery in the financial year 2023/24.
3.
That for the purposes of reporting progress on the
carbon neutral action plan for the Council all of the emissions
from the operations of Corserv and Treveth are incorporated with full
equivalence.
ACTION
– Officers to ensure link to Carbon Neutral
Board is available on the Council’s website.
