It was moved by Councillor
Rich, seconded by Councillor C Martin and
 
RESOLVED
that
 
1.  The
allocation of seats as set out at Appendix 1 be
approved;
 
2.  Effect
be given to the nominations to Committees as notified to the
meeting, subject to compliance with the Council’s Procedure
Rules;
 
3.
 
The Monitoring Officer’s delegated authority to give effect
to nominations to Committees notified to him in writing by the
Member Groups be reaffirmed, as set out in and to the extent
permitted by the Council Procedure Rules.
