- To note the ongoing progress to the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly and Devon ICBs working as a cluster, ahead of formal merger from April 2027. And note our continued concerns around the impact to residents of Cornwall and Isles of Scilly as previously expressed.
- To note the NHS England consultation on footprints for ICBs merging on 1st April 2027, and the engagement that has taken place, including with local authorities, including the verbal update provided at the meeting.
