The Cornwall Council Budget Development Overview and Scrutiny Committee resolved to recommend to Cabinet that it explore a Citizens' Assembly approach for the next budget process. The committee also recommended that other suggestions made during the meeting be considered and that Cabinet present its final list of workable saving proposals in advance of its meeting on 11 February.
