RESOLVED that:
The Committee takes assurance from the
following completed actions:
 
1 The follow up audit review has confirmed
that Satisfactory progress has been made in terms of implementing
the agreed management actions.
 
2. Evidence of improved management controls of
procedures and also management controls of contractors used to
provide the funeral services.
 
3. That we review the impact of the proposed
changes in 12 months and request a cost/benefit analysis of the
changes on all stakeholders.
