About
The Cabinet is Cotswold District Council's primary executive decision-making body. It is responsible for making key decisions and recommending the annual Budget and Policy Framework to the full Council. The Cabinet advises the Council on future policy, makes decisions within existing policy frameworks (unless reserved for other committees), and appoints representatives to external organisations. Its work involves both executive action and consultation with Overview and Scrutiny Committees.
