Purpose

A minor change has been made to the Corporate Complaints Policy to ensure it remains consistent with the Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code.

To agree the minor change to the Corporate Complaints Policy which will be published on the council’s website.

Option 1 - Make the minor change to ensure ongoing compliance with the Ombudsman’s complaints handling code Option 2 - No changes, the current policy remains unchanged.
