Purpose

To consider including Broadfield Barton, K2, Maidenbower and Tilgate Yard car parks, within the Council's parking enforcement operations and make unauthorised parking in blue badge bays and parking “out of bay” enforceable.

Decision

That Broadfield Barton, K2, Maidenbower and Tilgate Yard car parks be included within the Council's parking enforcement operations and that unauthorised parking in blue badge bays and parking “out of bay” be enforceable.

That these provisions be included within the Crawley Borough Council (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2026.

This decision was taken in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Environment, Sustainability and Climate Change.
