Purpose
A joint Market Position Statement has been developed across ASCH, CYPE, Housing, Public Health and Health. A Market Position Statement is a strategic document that outlines how an organisation intends to shape, influence and respond to current and future demand, setting out its priorities, expectations and direction for the market.?? A Market Position Statement helps to;? Inform and stimulate the market, ensuring the right supply? Enable joint planning across social care, housing and health systems By developing a joint MPS, we are building on our shared commitment to collaboration, recognising that the needs of our residents are often interconnected and that the best solutions come from working together.? This approach will help us align strategies across children’s and adult’s services, housing, public health and healthcare ensuring that our commissioning and service development are better coordinated and more responsive to local priorities.?
