About
The Licensing of Alcohol and Gambling Sub-Committee is an ad hoc Sub-Committee with a membership of 3 members chosen from the 12 members of the full Committee and summoned by the Assistant Director (Legal and Democratic Services) to deal with the licensing matters specified on the Agenda. A meeting of the Sub-Committee shall not be quorate if less than three members are present. The Sub-Committee shall have the delegated power from the full Committee to deal with the following licensing matters, and in all cases the Sub Committee may take any of the steps for the determination of those matters as may be set out in the relevant legislative provisions in the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005.
