Purpose

Curly Top Films want to film two short scenes
on the top floor of Feethams car park on Mon 2nd Dec but with
flexibility to change the date to fit in with schedules. They have
third party liability insurance and there are no stunts or
dangerous driving. £500 is considered a reasonable fee for
the short duration.
Car Parking, CCTV and Corporate Landlord have been involved and are
happy with the proposal.

Decision

Grant of a licence to Curly Top Films to use
the top floor of Feethams Car Park for half a day on one occasion
in week commencing 2nd Dec 2024.

To allow use of the Council’s asset in a controlled manner
and with appropriate safeguards and remuneration.
