Purpose

TSB has applied to carry out alterations to 40
Blackwellgate, updating HVAC works at the property. The Council
granted a lease of the land in 1959; clause 3(vi) of the agreement
requires the tenant to gain consent from the landlord to carry out
these works; this permission can not be unreasonably withheld under
the terms of the lease.

Decision

To grant a license for alterations.

To allow tenant alterations at 40 Blackwellgate.
