Purpose

Network Rail are undertaking some track
renewal works in connection with the Station Improvement Scheme and
would like to use part of a plot at Central Park, adjacent to their
site access, for the parking of vans and cars plus temporary site
welfare facilities (cabin) and a tools cabin. The use is programmed
to commence on 6th January and last for 13 weeks
approximately.

Decision

The Council to grant a licence to Network Rail
from 6th January 2025 for a period of 15 weeks (includes overrun)
at a fee of £4,500.

To allow Network Rail to use the Council’s land on
appropriate terms.
