Purpose

To erect wooden mile posts along the former
railway route in connection with the 2025 200-year celebrations of
the railway. Posts will be scorched wood with numbers and letters
routed out and concreted into the ground beside the route on
Council land but not in adopted highway.

Decision

The Council to grant a licence to allow
installation of 3 wooden mile posts.

To add to the bicentennial celebrations of the S&DR.
