Purpose

Planning permission has been approved for the
creation of a play area and open space and a S106 agreement has
been entered into where the Council has received a sum of money to
construct and equip the playpark. The land now needs to be
transferred to the Council for adoption and construction of the
playpark.

Decision

The Council to acquire land.

To comply with the S.106 agreement and provide a suitable playpark
and open space area.
