Purpose

This land was formerly used for car parking
and is currently being used for customer parking by the licence
holder. The current licence of the land is due to expire 12 April
2025. Terms have been provisionally agreed to offer a renewed
licence agreement for a period of 12 months from 13 April 2025
until 12 April 2026.

Decision

Grant a further licence for a period of 12
months for secure customer car parking.

This decision enables the land to be secured and maintained at no
cost to the Council and also provides the Council with an
income.
